While the cook-off is best known for its red and green chili cooking competitions, our event also features shopping, live entertainment, a ranch rodeo, and a kids’ area for the whole family!  This is an excellent opportunity to showcase your products and services to over 3,000 attendees from Wyoming and the surrounding states! Pre-registered vendors will have the opportunity to select their top three preferred booth spaces they would like to be located in during the event to optimize sales. We will provide a map you can use to select your spots. There are a limited number of preferred locations available and are open to pre-registrations ONLY. Registration deadline is May 31, 2026, to take advantage of these new locations. No refunds will be granted after this May 31st deadline.

2026 Vendor Packet

Note: The Vendor Map will be updated on a first-come, first-served basis as we receive applications. A chairperson will email you the map to choose your top three preferred spots once your registration and payment are submitted. All invoices will include a 3.5% merchant fee included with the invoiced price for all vendors.
